The white-field flag with the logo of the "Revolutionary Palestinian Communist Party"; c. 1999. Per Wikipedia: The "Revolutionary Palestinian Communist Party" is a small Palestinian political party, founded in October 1982. The party calls for the establishment of an independent Palestinian state on "all national soil" (including Israel) through armed struggle. The RPCP emerged from a split of the West Bank branch of the "Jordanian Communist Party" in 1982. The RPCP joined the PLO but later broke away from it in 1987 and opposed PLO Chairman Arafat's agreement with the Oslo Accords. In the early 1990s, the RPCP disbanded its armed wing (after a long period of inactivity). In 1994 the RPCP joined the "Alliance of Palestinian Forces", an alliance of Palestinian organizations, but as an alliance it, too, has declined in influence. There is a hidden flag-pole sleeve on the left side (hoist).
